Athletics

At San Luis High School we recognize the importance of extra-curricular activities including sports, music, clubs, and other activities that will keep our students involved and active. These activities allow students to develop talents, gain confidence, and learn lifelong skills. Studies show that students who are involved in sports and extra-curricular activities get better grades, improve self-esteem, and are less likely to get involved with drugs and alcohol. We hope parents will also encourage their students to participate in as many areas of extra-curricular activity that time and energy allows.
